The Rules for Using Jarvestment.

Agreement

By accessing or using Jarvestment, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

• You must use Jarvestment lawfully and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials and devices.
• You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, or misuse AI features.

Informational service only

• Jarvestment is not a broker, bank, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser.
• Portfolio analytics, AI output, simulations, and related information are educational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• You are responsible for independent review before making financial decisions.

Paid features

• Some features may require purchases, credits, subscriptions, or other entitlements.
• Jarvestment Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription at $9.99 per month and includes 1000 AI credits per monthly period.
• One-time credit packs may be offered as consumable in-app purchases, including 250, 500, or 1000 credit packs at the prices shown before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or other supported store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings. Jarvestment cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.
• Third-party app stores or payment processors may apply their own billing, tax, cancellation, and refund rules.

Accounts and deletion

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• You may delete your account in the app Profile screen or request deletion help from Jarvestment, subject to retention required by law, security, billing, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legitimate business records.
• Deleting your account removes your Jarvestment account, portfolio records, holdings, snapshots, AI conversations, and related profile data from Jarvestment systems except where limited retention is required or permitted.
• Deleting the app from a device does not automatically delete your account, and deleting your Jarvestment account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Apple and app store terms

• If you download Jarvestment from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store, Apple Media Services, and standard end-user license terms.
• Apple is not responsible for Jarvestment support, maintenance, claims, or product warranties except as required by applicable law.
• If there is a conflict between these terms and mandatory app store terms, the mandatory app store terms control only for that conflict.

Availability and changes

Jarvestment may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, entitlements, or service availability. The service may include errors, interruptions, or data delays.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Jarvestment Pro is a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or supported store account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings.

Deleting your Jarvestment account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. If you delete your account while a subscription remains active, cancel the subscription through Apple to stop future renewal charges.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jarvestment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for investment losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
